Shipping Policy

HealthDose is committed to getting your order shipped as quickly as possible, and there is typically a handling time of 1 business day before orders ship. This means that most orders Monday will ship Tuesday, but orders placed Friday, Saturday & Sunday will typically ship Monday. We currently offer the following shipping methods:

- Free Shipping  typically arrives in 5-7 business days.

Orders placed with paid shipping are prioritized above free shipping orders, and sometimes will ship the same day they are placed depending on how early in the morning the order is placed and how busy the warehouse is.

Most orders ship from our warehouse in Miami, so shipping times to the East Coast will generally be faster than to the West Coast if both orders use the same shipping method.

Paypal eCheck Orders

If paying for an order with Paypal eCheck, it will typically take 5-7 days for a payment to arrive. These orders will ship when the payment is received rather than when the order is submitted.

Shipments Mistakenly Marked Delivered

We are happy to investigate if an order’s tracking information says the product is delivered mistakenly, as long as is reported within 5 days of being marked delivered. USPS occasionally marks orders delivered early, so if your tracking shows the order was marked delivered but you did not receive it the chances are high it will arrive the following day.

If a package is mistakenly marked delivered and USPS is not able to locate it, we will be happy to reship with signature required.

 

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

If an incorrect shipping address is entered, please let us know before the order ships so that we can have our warehouse correct the address before shipping the order.

We are happy to reship orders sent to an invalid address and returned to us, and while we are often willing to reship orders to old addresses that aren’t sent back we reserve the right to not reship such orders if we find the circumstances surrounding them suspicious.

 

Paid Shipping Refunds

We cannot control delays from USPS or UPS, and generally do not refund shipping costs if we have both shipped the order on time and shipped it using the correct shipping method. If an order with paid shipping is delayed due to our mistake or has the wrong shipping method purchased we are happy to provide a full refund of the shipping costs.
